Our Doctors
Michael R. Randall
DVM
The founder of Randall Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Randall, is a Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. He is an active member of the AVMA and the MVMA.
Dr. Randall was the first veterinarian in the state of Mississippi to perform an in-house stem cell transplant in a canine patient.
Erin Rush
DVM
Dr. Erin Rush was born and raised in Byram, Mississippi, and graduated from Terry High School in 2002.
She earned an associate degree from Hinds County Community College and then enrolled at Mississippi State University, where she graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
Chelsea Quinn
DVM
Dr. Chelsea Quinn is originally from Mississippi and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. George’s University in 2025. She has a passion for client communication and building strong relationships with both clients and their pets. Her professional interests include medicine, integrative veterinary medicine, and expanding her knowledge of exotic animal care. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Quinn enjoys spending time with her pets and family, as well as attending football games and tailgating at Alcorn State University. She believes that open communication and trust are the foundation of a strong human-animal bond, and strives to support both pets and the people who love them.

Elizabeth Thurman
Elizabeth has been with Randall Veterinary Hospital since 2011 after completing high school at Lawrence County High School in 2010.
She attended Hinds Community College and earned an Associates of Science degree in the Veterinary Technician program in 2014. She is a member of the AVMA and loves to care for exotic pets.
Elizabeth is the mother to a son, Cooper and also has 2 dogs, 2 cats and a turtle.
Brandi Bishop
Brandi has been with Randall Veterinary Hospital since 2017. She graduated from Central Hinds Academy and received her Associate of Science degree in veterinary technology from Hinds Community College in 2019.
Brandi is a licensed veterinary technician and a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
