Our Doctors

Michael R Randall


The founder of Randall Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Randall, is a Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine graduate. He is an active member of the AVMA and the MVMA.

Dr. Randall was the first veterinarian in the state of Mississippi to perform an in-house stem cell transplant in a canine patient.

Erin Rush


Dr. Erin Rush was born and raised in Byram, Mississippi, and graduated from Terry High School in 2002.

She earned an associate degree from Hinds County Community College and then enrolled at Mississippi State University, where she graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.

Andres Gibbs


Dr. Andres Gibbs is a native of Terry, MS. He graduated from Terry High School in 2009, where he was a football player, powerlifter, and member of the National Honor Society. He underwent his pre-veterinary studies at Hinds Community College in Raymond, MS. While at Hinds, Dr. Gibbs was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and held office as a chapter officer and Mississippi/Louisiana Regional president. He also participated in the international studies program under the honors institute, where he traveled to England and Costa Rica for biological studies and an internship in exotic animal husbandry. He received his Associate’s degree in 2012.

Dr. Gibbs transferred to Mississippi State University as a biochemistry major and graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 with his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. While at the College of Veterinary Medicine, he participated in the Summer Research program under Dr. Todd Archer, focusing on pharmacological and immunological studies. Dr. Gibbs is a member of the AVMA and MVMA. His interests are small animal internal medicine, surgery, and exotic and large animal medicine.

Dr. Andres Gibbs is a member of Mt. EVA M.B. Church in Terry, MS. His wife, Kendra, is a local teacher at Terry High School, and they have a son, Kasen. In his free time, Dr. Gibbs participates in community outreach as a member of the Freemasons. He assists students in the Terry High School band, and he likes to go horseback riding, tend cattle with his grandfather, and enjoy his three dogs, Fred, Sam, and Precious. As a hobby, Dr. Gibbs likes to restore his classic Chevrolet pickup truck and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Elizabeth Thurman


Elizabeth has been with Randall Veterinary Hospital since 2011 after completing high school at Lawrence County High School in 2010. She attended Hinds Community College and earned an Associates of Science degree in the Veterinary Technician program in 2014. She is a member of the AVMA and loves to care for exotic pets. Elizabeth is the mother to a son, Cooper and also has 2 dogs, 2 cats and a turtle.

Brandi Bishop


Brandi has been with Randall Veterinary Hospital since 2017. She graduated from Central Hinds Academy and received her Associate of Science degree in veterinary technology from Hinds Community College in 2019. Brandi is a licensed veterinary technician and a member of the Mississippi Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
